my own custom calling cards

Aren’t they perfect?  I have been debating for months over business/calling cards.  Now, I know it may seem like such a small thing, but I’ve always believed that even small things like business cards should represent me and my business to others.  What if I’m not there when my business card is given out, say to a friend of a friend?  I want my business card to speak to them, to somehow tell them what I’m all about.  Okay, so maybe I’m laying it on a bit thick, but you know what I mean, right?

A few months back, I saw Rene’s post on her new cards and I knew I had come to the end of my search for the perfect business card.  So, I headed over to PixelImpress on Etsy to check out Pam’s fabulous selection.  Here are a few things I found.

One of her many calling card options.

She also creates desk calendars.  This will be on my Christmas list.  I really don’t need a desk calendar, but I love this one so!

  2. Lori those are beautiful! And I know exactly what you mean about having your cards speak for you. I took much care into picking mine out as well. I paid more than I normally would but it has been worth it.
Thanks for sharing – im going to head over and check out her shop.

  3. Love, love love the size of your business card! I’ve always had an obsession with paper – can’t wait to check it out.

  5. I never thought of it like that, but you’re right it should really give the person an idea of who you are without actually seeing you. I’ll have to keep that in mind if I ever need cards. And adding Pam to my favorites too – she is talented!

  6. I agree, they are perfect and I would absolutely think someone with those cards was hip and stylish! I think I need some! 🙂

  7. Your new business cards look fantastic! The surprising thing is that I have yet to order business cards for myself.

I agree with you that business cards should definitely be a solid representation of what it is you do. I need to get cracking on them.
